A B S T R A C T
This essay intends to expose the discourses analyses that search to represent the social reality of a determined group, that one composed by the abandoned and delinquent child, during the decades of 1960 and 1970. It also emphasizes the history of children and young persons of the poorest strata of the Brazilian society.
